The secure attachment in children not only develops independence but also the emotional and social wellbeing that helps to explore the world. It helps the child to grow and develop feeling of safety, trust in the relationships they develop in future. The emotional and social wellbeing is also associated with brain development in children. According to Powell et al. 2013, the positive behavior, academic achievement and better mental health are associated with emotional and social wellbeing along with brain development in children. The circle of security helps in developing the children and parent emotional relationships. The above theories stated that the physical, mental, emotional wellbeing along with learning cognitive aspects is a holistic approach.
